Very simple interview, generic interview questions. I only had one interview and then once hired had a small meeting with my interviewer and a couple other new hires to go over the job.

Light hearted and fun. They wanted to know if I was going to be a cheerful, "scrappy", team player. Interview was conducted by a manager and a the store director.

The process was easy. I was interviewed by of the store managers. I got the job on the spot with no problem. Questions were not too hard. They mostly just talked about the job description.
