Interview
The initial stage was an immersive assessment process, carefully designed to evaluate both cognitive and numerical abilities, combining problem solving, analytical reasoning, and quantitative judgement within a structured, performance driven framework.
The virtual interview was 90 minutes split in half into a behavioural/motivational section, and a technical section (a pre-prepared presentation plus an unseen question). I was interviewed by two engineers who were friendly and encouraging, making the overall process very comfortable

Two interviewers from the nuclear sector. One nice and that other kept pressing me with questions.
Overall a good experience, they asked meaningful technical questions with P&IDs, then asked competency questions.
