Interview
t took a while for them to review my application and reach out for an interview. While I didn't end up getting the position, I felt like the interview process was smooth. The questions were relevant and focused on the position.
Two interviews several days apart. First interview with someone working in the group and second interview with the head of the group. I interviewed for the Artist Development Group and I think the interview content is pretty constant across groups unless applying for a very specialized role.

Two zoom interviews one with two managers and one with two vice presidents and managers, very down to earth did not feel too technical and did not ask for anything else outside my application
