Atlantis Computing interview questions

Had two phone interviews. Spoke with SE Director and CTO/Founder When it comes to the SE role, Atlantis relies heavily on referred candidates (but they do not compensate those who do the referring which is not normal), My interview experience seemed to be personality vetting process, but this was due to the fact that I was a known entity by several people inside the company Your mileage may vary if you come in without a referral, but in general, if your a good technologist, an expert instead of a know-it-all, I would venture to guess you'll enjoy the interviews. This is more of a general tip for job seekers in tech, but applicable to Atlantis as well: If you don't have experience with moderate Indian Accentes (CEO and NA Sales Dir have them) and/or Asian accents (Development head), you would be wise spend some hours on YouTube watching anything the company has published featuring the above mentioned people.

Very strong VP Engineering. Company changing storage industry. Deep technical review. Had to meet with several of the senior engineers and discuss my background in developing storage stack components.
