The review process varies depending on position. For our field technicians, after submitting their resume, they will complete a skills assessment test evaluating their knowledge in either networking or access control. For the office staff, a candidate will complete a brief phone screen, 1-2 in office interviews, possible skills evaluation, and reference checks.
