      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Atlas (OR) in Feb 2016

      Interview

It was a Skype interview. The interviewer asked common interview questions, such as tell me about your self, what do you know about education, and how do you think you can contribute to Rubicon. The interview lasted for about fifteen minutes. The recruiter is nice and approachable.

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Atlas (OR) in May 2017

      Interview

I signed up through my university job portal and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial skype interview. After a few email exchanges, we set up a time. The interview was laid back and the recruiter asked about my experiences and why I am interested in Rubicon. A week and a half after that first interview, they called to ask to confirm that I was still interested in the position. A second skype interview was set up with a partner who told me I would be notified of a decision in a few days.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Atlas (OR) (Portland, OR)

      Interview

I was asked to come in for a full day, which I figured was a way for them to tell whether or not I would fit into their office culture. I went from meeting room to meeting room, being interviewed by 5-8 different people currently at the office. They all had different roles, which ranged from IT, sales, and eventually, a partner. It would be important to note here that I wasn't completely clear on what my role would be or what the expectations would be for someone in that role. A couple of employees took me out to lunch where the interview continued, albeit in a more casual manner. The people I met this day were incredibly nice and seemed very intelligent. At the end of a long row of interviews, I was brought into what they called the "Library" where I met with the managing partner of the company. He asked me a question, then just stared, making for some awkward silences. I would be prepared to ask a few questions back at him in order to minimize the pregnant pauses, if they make you feel uncomfortable. When we finished, I was told that I would hear back by the end of the week and the day was over.

      Question 1

Most questions were just your standard, basic questions that you would see in a "How to Interview" book. Nothing caught me off guard during the interview.
