The interview process included both virtual and face-to-face meetings, and everyone I met seemed great. However, after completing multiple rounds of interviews, I was completely ghosted and never received a courtesy call or update. I understand that not every candidate will be selected, but basic communication and respect for candidates time should be standard practice. A simple follow-up would have gone a long way.
