It was a easy interview in my opinion. They check your knowledge about hardware devices, network devices, and how well can you handle customer calls. Went through two interviews with their NOC managers and director.

The Interview was a "Get to know you" HR interview. Very polite and easy going people who just wanted to see where I would fit in the company. I wasn't selected but very much enjoyed the experience and would gladly apply again given the chance.
