Interview
Pre-screening interview with HR 30 minutes. After 3 weeks of no word I received an invitation for 2 Zoom/phone interviews with regional directors (2+hours) ...supposedly further formal interviews following, but never heard back.

1. Summarize your resume experience (basically vetting you to sell yourself and skills as this is a sales position).
2. Tell us what you have learned from your last 3 positions
3. Tell us something about yourself we can't learn from your resume.

Interview
This was several years ago, but I started with a phone interview, then progressed to in-person interviews with the leadership team in Milwaukee. The process was transparent and the questions were varied, but relevant to the job and the type of environment I would be entering.
