Simple interview process with standard question/answer format. Met with the resident services director and answered questions about direct patient care experience. From there, the RSD went into detail about the duties of an RSA and Med Tech. Also reviewed pay rate.

brief, friendly, relaxed. Interviewer was upbeat and honest And put me at ease almost immediately. Told me a little bit about the job and the responsibilities. We shared our backgrounds on how we each came to be in the healthcare field.
