The interview process took about an hour. It was informal and thorough. The process gave both the candidate and interviewer a chance to learn about each other and the company as a whole. The process also gave me (the candidate) a chance to get a feel for management as a whole. The staff really cares about its employees and set out to hire the best candidates.
