I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Atrium (New York, NY) in Jan 2013
Interview
It was very inclusive, you meet your entire team before they bring you in for a second/third and final round of interviews. After your third round of interviews you are then invited to shadow for a half day. I think this is a great way to give you and your team an idea how you will fit in.
Very transparent and smooth interview process. Everyone I met was extremely pleasant and seemed to have a great experience working there. If you are a recruiter looking to get started, it seemed like a great environment to be a part of!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atrium (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview will be several 1-1 meetings, likely spread over different days. Mostly on video but at least 1 in office. They will focus on motivations to understand why the person is "hungry" and "money driven" rather than just a good person or hard worker. They will ask about team work and being able to navigate significant ups and downs.

Question 1
What are your motivators in your career and your daily life?
I applied online. I interviewed at Atrium (Piscataway, NJ) in May 2025
Interview
Recruiter was super nice! They are just busy and can be a minute to get back to you which was the most stressful part. Conversational and wanted to get to know you versus technical skills.
