Just a couple of interviews with people in departments relevant to the role. Easy enough. I think I had a total of 4 interviews outside of the initial HR screen.
I applied online. I interviewed at Attain (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Seamless and communicative interview process, until the final stage was complete. No rejection or offer, just radio silence. I feel that every human interviewing deserves respect through the interview process and I didn’t appreciate how they went about this.

How will social media strategies I implement directly result in revenue
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Attain (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2022
Interview
Applied online. Not contacted for 3 weeks, then a (first / short / screening) interview was set up for more than 1 week later. I confirmed day and time. Less than 2 hours prior, the recruiter changed the time because of a "conflict" (even though the meeting was scheduled 9 days earlier). They asked a lot of questions about my experience, then talked about the company. At the end I was told they would share their notes with the team/hiring manager and contact me if they wanted to interview me, BUT... they wouldn't be interviewing me for the position I applied for. They had 2 candidates who had finished their finale rounds and they were making a decision / offer within a week. They interviewed me because they "anticipated" that they'd have funding in Q1 and would be augmenting staff then. So they probably wouldn't get back to me until January (2+ months later). I.e., bait and switch. They were not up front that I was not a candidate for the position and just wanted an informational interview. They should not have even scheduled the interview and/or should have removed the job description so people would stop applying. It was a pretty underhanded / not transparent process.
