The process was meant to be a relaxed chat. I can only assume they had already picked someone or the interviewer was having an off day as it was not a nice experience. there was no feedback from them of any value either. A total waste of my time. rejection is fine, no feedback and a total disinterest is not great.

Interview
Interview for their academy. Two stage process, first informal chat on teams around my CV. Second interview around 2 hours on site. Very friendly and interesting interview, they asked about my experience and goals and a few behaviour based question. A fun collaborative problem solving exercise in the end. Really good experience.
