I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AudioEye (Madison, WI) in Sept 2021
Interview
Direct, easy going and interpersonal focus. The interviewer focused on getting to know me and understanding how I would approach a technical issue. It was very easy to get along with the interviewer, great communication skills is a primary focus here.

Question 1
A breakdown of my process to solving a problem. The focus was on the general flow and my approach to the issue, not on JS syntax.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at AudioEye (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2022
Interview
I'm a General Assembly alumni and filled out a referral for this program, so I may have had an easier time than applying externally. The interview process was fairly short and quick. A brief description of why I wanted to work at Audioeye and why I'd be a good fit(coding for Accessibility is such a nuanced and seldom taught skill, and it would be a great challenge and fit with my worldview of doing some good for people. I'm also a big fan of, and quite good at, fixing bugs). After the screener I had a virtual interview where a few questions were asked(culture fit) and then a simple coding challenge where the interviewer was very welcoming and if I had any questions or needed some assistance to almost treat her like googling something. Challenge questions were mainly accessing the DOM and manipulating code like adding a role to a div if its empty.
