I had a phone interview for a role with the major gift department. The woman conducting the interview was very awkward and there was lot of background noise. She was clearly reading the questions off of a sheet and they were all very long and hard to follow since she would pause to cough or get a drink. The tone of the call was fairly snooty as well, and I overall didn't feel like the role or environment would be a fit for me. I never heard anything else back after the phone interview .
