The initial application is online and the process takes approximately 4-6 weeks. The second part is a phone call interview with a research scientiest or director. There may be a third part sometimes depending on the amount of applicants.

Interview process was very repetitive but fairly easy. A lot of interviews with staff and managers. Very disappointed when I received the low salary after going through this long process.

Interview
Initially had a phone interview with the Laboratory Manager and eventually had a phone interview with the Primary Investigator. The initial conversation was learning more about the research being done in the laboratory. The final interview was a cursory question and answer session looking to see what knowledge of the subject matter I had.
