Aureus Group interview questions

My experience applying to Aureus Academy was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I invested time and effort into completing their application process, only to be completely ignored afterward. I never received any feedback, update, or even a simple acknowledgment regarding my application status. For an educational institution that claims to value professionalism and development, this lack of basic communication reflects poorly on their organization. Ignoring applicants shows a lack of respect for people’s time, effort, and interest in working with the company. If Aureus Academy expects professionalism from applicants, they should also demonstrate the same standard in their hiring process. A simple rejection email or update would have been the bare minimum, yet even that was not provided. Based on my experience, their recruitment process needs serious improvement.

Online, basically they just talk to you through voice call. And you will be offered the job, they will go through a slides about job description and the salary, working schedule
