Interview
It's startup company, having low infrastructure. The pay scale for freshers is 4K - 8K. There is currently NO formal interview process (i.e. written test -> GD -> HR). There is direct Walk-In for Technical and HR interview. The whole office is located on fourth floor, in some residential like building. If anybody not selected during interview, then company will offer you paid training of Rs 25000 for 3 months and then they will hire you at pay scale of Rs 8000 per month.
