one round HR, one take home OA, one round HM, one round coding. Overall quite relaxing if you have previous scripting experience. Very python intensive interview since the role is mostly for scripting
I applied online. I interviewed at Aurora Innovation (Mountain View, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Got rejected in the first round which was mostly C++ coding problems. I was surprised because I couldn't solve the "easier" question but could solve the harder one. I expected to hear back from them because I thought I did decent but no. There was also an AI reflection assignment where you had to describe what you would use AI for vs what you'd do by yourself and ethics on how to use it.
