I was referred for the position after networking with a current employee. A recruiting coordinator reach out to me after to get me in touch with the hiring manager. The total interview process lasted a little over a month (4 interviews). I received a take home technical interview project which took me about 3-4 hours to complete. Outside of that there was mostly behavioral questions as well as general technical questions to gauge my skills. Althought 3-4 hours can sound indimidating, in my opinion it allowed me to better showcase my day to day coding skills as opposed to writing solution to leetcode-esque questions in front of the interviewer. After the challenge, I got the chance to present my work in front of 2 engineers and answer any questions they have. Overall the process was really great, they were quick with the feedback and the recruiting team checked in on me between every interview to debrief and prep for the next one.
