Rough even for an internal hire it’s 7 rounds last 3 rounds are behavioral questions but it works because all of your coworkers are great and understanding people. Very diverse

Multiple rounds and presentations. Group interviews. Moves along pretty quickly. They provide updates and next steps regularly. Peer interviews and case study presentation. It was a good process though. It wasn’t too hard but not easy either.

I went through the interview process for a position at Aurora Solar, and it was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I made it to the final round of interviews, and instead of having a constructive conversation about my qualifications and experience, the interviewers kept stress testing me with hypothetical situations and questions. To make matters worse, at the end of the interview, they asked me for five references. After I provided them with the references, they told me it wasn't good enough and that they needed ten references instead. This was a very erratic and unprofessional request, and it left me feeling uneasy about the company and their hiring process. Despite their unprofessional behavior, I tried to move forward with the process, but unfortunately, we did not proceed any further. Overall, my experience with Aurora Solar left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The interviewers came off as crazy, and I would not recommend anyone to apply for a job at this company.
