Phone call/teams interview with general questions and normal conversation. Polite and one on one, two separate interviews one with your role and one with a recruiter. Would recommend them just wasn’t paying what I wanted

Pretty Easy, they prefer to hire off of referrals like most companies. If youre looking at joining I'd look through network to see if someone you know can refer you.
