Phone screen with a recruiter, then moved on to a 1:1 interview with the manager. After that, I moved to the next round with team members. I assumed that they would get back to me, but they just ghosted me. No response whatsoever from anyone on the team. It was pretty unprofessional, given the time I spent interviewing. It doesn't hurt my feelings if you say no - just say it with a little more respect for the interviewee's time. Oh, and there were a number of scheduling issues because the team is remote and all over the world.
I am so very sorry for the lack of follow through you experienced. That is certainly not the experience we strive to provide and there is no excuse for it.
