Interview
Entered office for a Walk-in interview. The paperwork that was required to be filled out takes about 30 minutes to complete. You have to wait for other people to finish because it's a group interview. We all take turns answering different questions. Then, I fill out the new hire paperwork.

I was the pretended to be the therapist and the interviewer pretended to be a client. The interviewer had me engage him with choice of toys for 30 seconds.

Interview
The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.
