I received a phone call from the talent team discussing the general job description for the role, then was asked to have a zoom interview. Most of the questions were about role play scenarios as well as how to deal with tough situations.

Interview
The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.
