Interview
In-person interview, met with 3 supervisors and a manager. All very nice but also very professional. Started out very scripted and professional, with no personality gauge. Lightened up little by little from there until the last supervisor who did not ask any basic interview questions, just had a casual conversation about the company and life in general. ***VERY helpful to know the companies core values/use them when answering the interview questions*** also, basic facts (home office in Lansing, MI, the size of the company, the companies current AM Best rating, fortune 500 company, you love to watch Martin Truex Jr, etc.
