I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Auto-Owners Insurance (Lansing, MI) in Jun 2011
Interview
Talked with several managers and development teams over the course of about 4 hours. Lots of questions from each group, but none were very technical. Instead, they we're mostly personality-based and trying to gauge what my interests were and weren't. It seemed like they were more trying to figure out what group I would be hired into, rather than if they wanted to hire me.
