There was a 1 hour phone interview with Recuiter, followed by In Person interview at dealership with the General Manager. The recruiter only talks about the company benefits but really can't speak to anything regarding the actual job.

Long to hire and very corporate. You must make sure to follow policy and maintain levels that the DM sets forth. They have very strict policies and guidelines to follow. Very high standards and expectations.

Was promised finance. Didn't happen. Was told that location was to be a used car "superstore" in 60 days. I guess I should blame myself for a lack of due diligence, but that location geographically is probably one of, if not the best in Phoenix.
