I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview. The HR person sounded really excited to talk to me. When time for the interview arrived, no contact from the company. 15 minutes later I emailed them asking if they were held up or wanted to reschedule. No reply.
No reply to this day, a week later.

1) Smooth Interview process
2) Relevant questions were asked
3) Panel members were humble in approach
4) HR was interactive, convincing, and quick when it came to giving response. She didn't create a bubble of false expectations!
5) Although interviews were detailed in nature, it only took two days to complete- 4 stages of the interview process, which is quite fast!
