Was quite a lengthy process. First was the standard online application, then word survey test, telephone call and then a mental agility test. Unfortunately both tests were not IT questions or knowledge to allow me to demonstrate IT knowledge and didn’t make it to interview to demonstrate these skills. The telephone call was useful to find out more about the role in detail early on.
