Ava Community Energy interview questions

Terrible. Dragged out over two months. Was not allowed any meaningful opportunity to ask questions at any of the multiple rounds of interviews. Interview scheduling was a mess and the scheduler was rude about it. The job description was a cluster - who could tell what the duties really were? And they use your recruiting firm called Pivotal Talent Search That was the most unprofessional recruiter I have ever encountered. Forced me to answer the question whether I would accept an offer without negotiation ( If I said no, I was lying And wouldn't get an offer, and if I said yes, I couldn't negotiate my own salary). Worst interview process I've ever been through.
