Contacted by a recruiter for the role with McKesson late in 2015 and set up a phone screen followed by a Face Time interview. Recruiter didn't follow up after and there were several hits and misses (with the external recruiter). Initially I was screened out but the job description changed in 2016 so the recruiter brought me back and had me speak to the internal HR resource via a phone screen. I liked the internal HR person, but wasn't moved forward to the hiring manager based on experience - they were looking for someone with an EPIC/large EHR background.
