The more senior a role you are interviewing for in the company, the more complex and lengthy the interview process, as one would expect. Multiple exhausting, day-long interviews (6-8 people scheduled to talk to each visit to the office) is the norm for a management role. HR was very organized and responsive, especially Chelsea who was fabulous!
