When you first apply, you take an assessment which rates you on different categories alerting the recruiting team whether you would be a good fit for the position you are applying for. Each section rates you on a number of stars based on your answers. You need to get a certain number of stars in certain categories to be contacted by recruiting. After you pass the assessment, you have a phone interview with recruiting, they will then pass your information (or not) to the hiring manager which may call you for a phone interview or in person interview. You may then be asked to have a 2nd in person interview for a 2nd opinion with a different manager. Once you are called to be offered the position you will then need to fill out online paperwork and submit a drug test (urinalysis). Assuming all of that goes through you can start in about a week.
