Interviewer was 15 minutes late to the interview and the questions were not pertinent in handling the job itself within 30 minutes. The location boasted high reviews, but further research led me to see how poorly managed the company is run and the poor quality of care and neglect residents receive. I was notified via voicemail with what appeared to be an offer, but after calling back and not hearing a word on their end, it looked like they quickly switched to someone else. Overall, this process pretty much aligned with the company's lackluster 2 star rating and I am glad it didn't work out as the hiring personnel seemed incompetent.
