Telephonic Interview for Technical Skills and then Managerial and then followed by behavioral. Technical interview was good enough based on the my resume. They have outsourced their behavioral interviewing process. First it was online Assessment test and then telephonic round with nothing related to job but more related how you think and your opinions about your colleagues managers etc. It was very long, more than 1 hr.
