Avant Healthcare interview questions

First, I had a phone screening with a manager. Then, I went into the office and shadowed someone in this position and completed a written test. Lastly, I had a panel interview.

Overall the experience could’ve been better. I had a phone interview with a recruiter that went well. Next I had an interview with an upper level employee that went well. I was then sent a writing assessment to complete in one week. It took me roughly around 12+ hours of straight work. The assignment was unreasonable. When I applied, the company and everyone knew that I was switching career fields so I didn’t have the exact experience that they wanted. The assignment was more suited for people who’s been in the field for a few years. Anyways I received feedback a few days later. Most of them didn’t feel accurate or right. Do yourself a favor and do not complete the writing assignment. If you do, ask for payment because the assignment takes a LOT of your personal time.
