Avante Partners interview questions

Great interview process. Met on Zoom and went over my experiences and goals and learned a lot about the position and the company as a whole. All interviews are on zoom. I also spoke with Melissa over the phone as she was awesome.

Overall the interview process was easy, but after having 3 rounds of interviews they never followed up with me and never returned my calls or emails. I'm pretty disappointed because after so many rounds I would really like a notification if the position has been filled.
