Avanti Polar Lipids interview questions

I met with both the manager and supervisor. They asked pretty basic interview questions. I had to wear closed toed shoes for lab tour. There were multiple buildings on the site.

Met with the VP of the company (it is a small company) and discussed my interests and skills. Toured the facility with two members of management. Interviewed with the person that would be my immediate supervisor. I was called after a couple of days for a second interview. This was really just a meeting to offer me the job and discuss the position. Salary was agreed to at this time.
