Avanti Recruitment interview questions

It was a phone call to start with, followed by an interview at the office, (sometimes two). They're quite in depth, but friendly and engaging. They are their authentic selves in the interview which is refreshing, so just be yourself.

Applied online, had a brief chat with the internal head of recruitment over the phone about the role, my previous experience etc. Went in for an interview with one of the managers, and a team leader, talking about my previous experience and ambitions a bit more in depth, as well as going further into the incentives/commission structure. Had a second interview with the MD of the company; very relaxed atmosphere, where we went into even MORE depth regarding my experience, and a bit more about myself, how I deal with rejection, solve problems etc.
