The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avathon (New York, NY)
Interview
It was a three part interview: recruiter, hiring manager, take home coding project, and then on-site. The first two were pretty easy, just your typical questions. The coding project was a maze, which was decently fun. On-site is three different 2-on-1 interviews. I thought I did well in all but one. One of the interviewers was just horrible. The person wasn't mean or rude, but the things asked were just, well, odd. It was book knowledge that didn't really help them see how I think. I kept thinking "that would take 2 seconds to look up." It's just not the type of questions I was expecting.
It was normal process, with multiple rounds of coding and face to face rounds followed by HR round. Coding challenge was bit tricky and technical and HR rounds were medium.

I applied online. I interviewed at Avathon (Austin, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied online and they reached out the following day. I had a coding challenge followed by on-site (5 rounds - mix of technical and mgmt). The offer was made a day after the on site.
