      The cringiest interview process I had to go through, with one hour wasted on IQ quiz about boxes and boats, instead of rating my related technical skillset and professional experience. What are you, Microsoft?

The unicorn lies on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, however the other days of the week he speaks the truth. Lion: Yesterday I was lying. Unicorn: So was I. On which day did they say that?

      A complete waste of time, 4 interviews in a spam of like 6 weeks, first one about experience, English and miscellaneous questions, 2nd one about logical thinking with 5 problems to resolve, you gotta think outside the box, 3rd was an English test, you have to respond to 2 emails, 4th with an "expert" and a higher-up, this was the most tiering and boring of them all, exactly same interview as the 1st but somehow more boring and monotonous, all of this I passed with flying colours and words of encouragement that I was the perfect fit for the role, only to receive an email the next day saying that they were closing the process and thanking me for my time. Time they wasted, the job is your typical support job but they make it seem like you'll be working for NASA, the wage is literally joke material, the same job you'll perform in other companies for like a third of the money. Don't waste your time because they'll surely waste yours.

      El proceso consta de 5 instancias: -Screening con HR -Entrevista de lógica -Prueba de inglés -Entrevista con el manager de area -Entrevista nuevamente con HR para el ofrecimiento en sí del puesto laboral. Me postulé inicialmente para el puesto de Customer Success Specialist pero cuando tuve el screening, la persona de HR/Talent Acquisition decidió que TSS era un mejor fit para mi. Llegue hasta el fin del proceso pero decidieron no avanzar con mi postulación por lo que no recibí una oferta (aunque si me ofrecieron enviarme un feedback, el cual estoy esperando aun). Quiero destacar que el proceso de selección en sí fue muy ameno y todos los entrevistadores fueron muy amables y buena onda, parece un buen lugar para trabajar.

      Ademas de preguntar por que la eleccion de Avature al postularse y preguntas varias sobre pretenciones de sueldo y demás, una de las entrevistas es sobre lógica en la cual tenes al menos 3 planteos a resolver con una persona de la empresa.
