Interview
Pretty easy going and I had to meet with the regional manager and then the VP and then the top sales team so I could be vetted out by each individually. The process is very typical to a sales position of this level as I was being brought on as a level 3 out of 4 Sales Experience.

Interview
HR interviewer was late and concerned more with talking about herself rather than discussing my qualifications. She was unable to answer questions I had, and ultimately ended up wasting my time. The following interview with my direct report was excellent, but it seems HR needs a review.
