I was initially contacted by a recruiter via email that they had received my resume, and phone screening was scheduled a few days after. I don't believe they mentioned it was a phone screening, but I already knew. The recruiter was very polite, informative, honest and seemed to really liked to be working for AvePoint. The phone conversation was really about AvePoint, the position and how ( if ) I would be a good fit based on my qualifications and experience.
After the phone screening, I was contacted the next and I was invited to the office for a face-to-face. I met with the Hiring Manager, Director of Sales, and the HR senior recruiter. All were very nice, answered my questions, had a true passion for what they are and I instantly felt comfortable. However, they are a bit young for when you typically think "executive level" - But, that was one thing I did really like. If you are looking for a more traditional environment- This MIGHT not be the place for you.
I suggest, doing your homework and truly understanding the company and the product. Because, I promise- they will ask. They are not only looking for skills, but the right fit in the company- Was the impression I got.
