Avenue Alive Direct interview questions

I was contacted by the recruiter over the phone. She set up an interview with me for the next day. I went in, met with Josh for about 20 minutes. He asked normal interview questions about goals, experience, etc. I was called later that day and invited back for a second-round interview. I came in, they outlined growth and pay scale with me, and I spent the next hour with one of their top guys. He showed me a little bit of the day. I spoke to Josh afterward, and accepted the offer.

Easy interview process. Applied, got a call back the next day. Went in for a preliminary interview, got invited to the second interview. Overall the process was very quick and easy. The manager I spoke with was great and the questions were typical of those for an interview. Would recommend this process to those that are in need of quick action when it comes to finding employment.
