The interview was a phone interview that wasn't scheduled. He called me out of the blue and asked me all kinds of questions, which is fine, but then he asked me about my immigration status and how did I get here, am I paying taxes, etc. I spoke to him in German but he spoke to me in English?? Interview felt like I was being questioned by the CIA. He reminded me of a certain dictator. Not once did he ask about my experience and skills.
