Interview
Very pleasant and negotiable terms. They were kind enough to explain the job details and expectations. Lot's of great people and things to learn even from the interview process. Most of the questions were around analyzing the requirements and prioritizing the story cards for the design with the requirements lead. I got the feeling that they believe in their employees and promote from within. Work life balance is great as well. They promote training, either internally in their own University courses, or externally to encourage employees to grow their career.

Interview
Initially HR contacted over phone for 1st Round of interview with Manager. Explained very well about Job Duties and expectations. 2nd round detail technical with CEO and Director. 3rd Final Round with HR and Operations Manager to decide compensation and Job responsibilities. Received offer letter via email and requested to submit few documents and Signed offer letter before joining.
