Interview conducted on teams then another interview in person. You get to visit around the site and meet everybody. As a laboratory technician you also get the opportunity to showcase your laboratory skills

They completely misrepresented themselves as well as the job I was applying for. I asked them directly about their turn over rate and they said it was minimal - the place turned out to be a revolving door.
