I got a mail informing about an online assessment. The HR called, sounded positive and friendly and also cleared my doubts on what kind of assessment. So I took it. Pleasantly surprised that it was not a coding test only, to eliminate candidates, but it had questions on Mobile application testing, Software testing etc. This was refreshing, as compared to some companies who simply ask coding test and use it as an eliminator. My skills are in Appium with Java, but I was given an assignment for Playwright and Python.
